Wow! I am so thankful and lucky to have found Aimee and Angel. We actually got referred to them directly through friends who had also had an amazing experience with them.
We used Aimee to help us buy a home and then liked her so much, we asked her to help us sell our home as well.
There were unfortunately a few hurdles for our house purchase, but Aimee was able to not only keep me calm throughout but resolve them. She has a great network of people that we tapped into to solve anything that came up.
They both know Santa Cruz intimately, and we felt valued throughout the process. For instance, Angel would come with a soccer ball and play with our son outside to keep him company while we visited a house.
(Due to COVID it was challenging for our son to come into the house with us)

She listens, took care to hear our needs and preferences, and offered suggestions that aligned with them. My husband and I were very fortunate to meet Aimee at an open house. We had just started seriously looking to buy a house and we met a real estate agent who we both liked. Aimee is bright, energetic, committed to her work and fun. Looking for a house can be a long and arduous process, so it was nice to work with someone who we actually enjoyed being around. She is also very tolerant of young children, which was helpful for us since we always had our 2 children in tow (ages 3 and 1 at the time we were searching for our home).
